So, I received a letter from some debt collectors about an old Bell Mobility account I apparently owed money on. I set up post-dated payments and thought that would settle everything. But even now, I'm getting calls on my mobile and my parents' landline saying I’ve got to get in touch or they'll start legal proceedings. When I first rang them, they assured me the payment plan was all good and they'd only call if a payment bounced. Yet, here I am, still getting calls nearly every day. It’s really getting on my nerves.

I've been getting loads of texts from this number, and they're always in English.

I got phone calls at the same time on both my mobile and landline! Both phones played the exact same prerecorded message, but they still refused to say who their client was. I've recorded the conversation and plan to file a complaint against them.

They keep ringing me even tho it’s not my name. I get about four calls a day from them, it’s really annoying. Wish there was some way to take legal action against these people.

Hey, this number keeps ringing me one or two times every day. Usually, I just let it ring out to voicemail, but the message sounds like one of those hold messages, with some music and a voice saying they’ll be with me soon. I decided to answer today and there was no one there, just the same hold music and message playing. Honestly, I wish there was a way to block these annoying calls for good.

Sounds like a scam. Best just to block it, don’t pick up, and report it straight away.
