Hello, I've been receiving calls from the same number once or twice daily. Usually, I let it go to voicemail, but the recorded message playing is similar to the kind you hear when you're put on hold, with music and a recording assuring that someone will be with me shortly. Today, I decided to answer the call and much to my surprise, there was no one there, only that same "on hold" music and message. It's rather frustrating as I wish I could find a way to block these callers from reaching me.
