Today I received a call from someone claiming to be from "recovery solutions." It was a woman who said she was collecting a debt but didn’t say my name once - she gave her own name, but I couldn't catch it properly. She kept pushing me to ring her back today. I know for sure I don’t owe anything, so it feels like it’s some kind of scam to me.

They were really unfriendly and refused to say what company they were calling from.

They didn't say their name, just claimed to be from 'debt collectors solutions' and gave me the number 1-866-408-829. Honestly, like others have said before, it really felt like a scam. It's exactly why I avoid picking up calls from numbers I don't recognise.

These scammers are the worst. I'm planning to visit the police station and ring them from there. It'll be interesting to see how rude they get.

Got a call today from 727-228-4853 claiming to be Dynamic Recovery. It was one of those annoyed-sounding recorded messages telling me to ring them back straight away. They wanted me to call 866-408-8291. I tried from my landline but got a message saying the call couldn’t go through. When I added the 1 before the 866, it just kept ringing busy. This definitely feels like a scam, so I’d say don’t share anything and just tell them you’re reporting it before hanging up.

They kept ringing me for a few days and left a really unclear voicemail. After the third call, I decided to ring them back. The bloke asked if the number I was on was the one they’d been calling, and I said yes. Then he started by saying they had my husband’s name, which was fine, but then he called me by his first name! I was like, hold on, you don’t even know my actual name and you’re trying to chase a debt? We’ve never missed a payment! When I asked what it was about, he said he couldn’t share any details until I confirmed my identity and address. I told him there’s no way I’m verifying anything without knowing what this is for. We argued for a bit and then he started getting rude. I wanted to know who their client was, he gave a name I’d never heard of. I said I don’t know you or your client, so no way I’m handing out personal info. He got even nastier and then just hung up on me! Seems like a proper scam to me. Honestly, some people have no shame!

Today I received a call from 857-504-2119, but the start of the message was missing so I couldn't hear who was calling or why. A woman asked me to ring an 866 number, which felt pretty dodgy to me. Most likely just another scam, I reckon.

They’ve rang me a few times now. Once I picked up, and honestly, it was quite unprofessional. There’s no way I’m handing over any personal details to some stranger on the phone. They got really rude and snappy with me before just hanging up. I think that’s a rubbish way to deal with people, and acting like that definitely makes it seem like a scam to me. No legitimate company behaves with that kind of harassment or bad manners.

So I got a call from someone saying they were from Dynamic Recovey Solutions or something like that. They left a voicemail asking me to ring them back on a freephone number, but never actually told me who they wanted to speak to. Bit weird, if you ask me.

This info really helped me out. I’ve been getting these calls daily ever since I switched to a new phone, never had them on my old one which is odd. The callers ring from various numbers like 1-215-971-1570 and also 1-215-970-9498. They always give that first number to call back on. They say they are some kind of debt collection agency but never mention anyone's name or even leave their own. Proper annoying, sounds like they should be banned!

I've dealt with credit problems before and this didn't seem legit at all. When I said no to giving my NI number, the guy got quite rude. I asked him to send me a letter instead and he snapped back, "how can I send anything if you won’t confirm your address?" Real debt collectors always send letters first, that’s how it works!
