Over the last few months, this person has rung me about ten times, always leaving voicemails with my SS number and name in them. Fed up, I decided to call back and spoke to some bloke who said he was from Litigation Services or something. I told him straight up I didn’t care who he was and to never ring me again. He just chuckled and said it was probably because I owed money to someone. I laughed back and told him once more to stop calling me, and whether I do or don’t repay anyone is no concern of his.

Yesterday, I got a phone call from someone claiming there's a dodgy cheque tied to my driver's licence and national insurance number. They said it was about a debt with Advance America. Total scam alert! Don’t ring them back or hand over any cash. The bloke called himself Eric Holt and even threw in a court case number to sound legit. Make sure you report stuff like this to your local coppers.

This has been going on with me too and it’s super annoying. A bloke called Jeffery Duncan keeps ringing me up, saying stuff about fraud and claims he’s got my date of birth and National Insurance number. He insists I wrote a cheque back in 2008 to some place called Advanced America and claims to have some affidavit from my old bank. The guy was quite nasty and even threatened me, which freaked me out. I ended up ringing both the loan company and my old bank, but neither had a clue what he was on about - no loans or deposits from back then at all. They warned me it sounds like a scam and told me to be really cautious and report it. If anyone’s got tips on how to make them stop bugging me, I’d be grateful for advice. Also, this Jeffery fellow calls from loads of different numbers, so watch out if you’re getting the same hassle!

Got a voicemail this morning claiming there's a fraud case against me. They said if I or my lawyer didn't ring them back by today, they'd take legal steps and might show up at my house or job.

I haven’t done anything dodgy, so this was obviously some kind of SCAM trying to scare me.

They left me loads of messages about a returned note, but they were calling me by my old name. Honestly, I reckon it’s a scam.

If you check out Premier Litigations, you’ll see it’s an old company that isn’t active anymore. These lot are just scammers pretending to be them to fool people.

I just got a call from that exact number too, and the automated message was about some supposed check fraud connected to my social security and driving licence. Total scam alert! It's really annoying how these people keep switching up their numbers every time they call. They’ll ring you from different lines, so watch out for that. Honestly, they should find something better to do with their time.

Got a call from someone called David Burrows saying I needed to get in touch with him about check fraud involving my social and driver’s licence numbers. When I rang back, a guy named Jeffery Dunkin answered, claiming the Titan Group was pressing charges against me. He insisted they’d sent me certified mail and emails about it, even though he didn’t have my correct email. I told him I’d reported it to the police and that it sounded like a scam, then I ended the call. Not long after, the number (410) 630-4290 rang again, and a bloke called Chris Baldwin said, “Good luck in court, we’re taking this further,” before hanging up. Proper dodgy if you ask me!

Got a call earlier saying there was check fraud involving my name and license number. They left a voicemail but I’m definitely not calling back. It felt sketchy, especially since they used my old name in the message. From what I’ve seen online, these are total scams! No way I’m falling for that.

The caller says he’s David Barrett, a check fraud investigator, and claims your driver’s licence and name are connected to some kind of check fraud case. The number shows as 804-767-6407, but they want you to ring an 866 number. It’s obviously a scam, these muppets just don’t know when to quit.

Just got a call from a bloke who got really annoyed when I told him to send me written proof about some nonsense claim he'd made. He was insisting I had to pay up and said he had my National Insurance number and previous employer details. I kept saying no way it was me and asked again for something in writing. When I asked for his name, he just shouted and then hung up on me! I rang him back out of frustration, but he cut off again. Figured I wasn’t gonna be fooled, so I blocked my number and called once more. He said his name was Jeff Duncan, but didn’t give any company name. Has anyone else had calls like this? Sounds dodgy to me - could it be a scam?

I've been getting calls from this number claiming I took out some fake loan - which I never did. They've got hold of personal info like my social security number and my address. When I asked them about the fraud, they lost their temper, talked over me, and even started shouting. I warned them I’d report it, and then they just hung up. This has been happening off and on since 2010. Does anyone know how I can put an end to this or who I should reach out to?

Got a call from someone saying they were David Bower from check fraud investigations. They claimed there was some fake check activity connected to my social and driving licence. The message urged me to ring back straight away. I tried calling back a different number they gave me, but they insisted I use that original number instead. I've had loads of calls like this from different numbers, all saying the same thing. But none of them have sent me anything to prove it's legit. They told me getting proof would take too long.
