They keep ringing all day long, completely ignoring what I say. So rude and cheeky! They call both my landline and mobile, even though the numbers aren’t listed anywhere. They keep going on about some Chris Ford - if he was any clever, he’d have told them his number by now, but he hasn’t. It’s meant to be a debt collection but honestly, the agents aren’t professional at all, they don’t check if the number’s right. They have a Winnipeg number themselves, and they keep swapping numbers but still harass me nonstop. Doesn’t matter if you tell them the number is unlisted or not yours, they just carry on calling and don’t bother to listen or put a person on the line. I keep telling them they need the right number, something changes daily, calls come multiple times a day and there’s just no stopping them. Truly exhausting!

I got calls from them a bunch of times, but they had my name all wrong and were chatting about a service I’ve never signed up for. Some girl called Rajni answered when I finally picked up, and she kept using the incorrect name. Honestly, it feels completely like a scam to me.

For months now, I've been getting these voicemail messages every day from a number that never actually rings. It’s from a company called Group Solutions. I checked their website and found out they’re debt collectors, but the number that keeps calling me isn’t on their official list. Eventually, I got tired of it and sent them an email explaining what was happening. They replied asking for my mobile number and said they had it linked to someone named Eduardo, asking me to tell him to give them a call. The email itself seemed to be written by someone whose first language probably isn’t English - they even said “sorry to disturb you.” They mentioned they’d now remove my number from their calling list.
