No doubt about it, this is a blatant scammer on the other end. That "Brian lol" fellow has a strong Middle Eastern or possibly Indian accent, if I'm not mistaken. Just let him know that he’s truly a vile individual and that his mother would be utterly mortified by his actions. Remind him that he’s bringing disgrace upon his family and tarnishing their name, then just cut the call.

I've received five calls over the last 27 hours. Each time, they've not left a single message, and if I have the misfortune of answering, there's just silence on the other end. It strongly feels like these are unsolicited sales calls, which would be against the no-call registry. The caller ID is, of course, concealed.

I've received three calls from this number now. On the initial call, I picked up only to hear someone chatting away in Spanish before they abruptly disconnected. The second time they rang, I greeted them with a 'hello', but oddly enough, there was complete silence on the other end. Just had another call from them, but I chose to ignore it this time.
