I just received a call from these individuals claiming to be offering payment protection services. When I informed them that we weren’t interested and couldn’t chat as we were busy at work, the woman had the audacity to say we shouldn't have answered the phone while on the job! Quite rude and quite untrustworthy, to say the least.

Received four calls from this number, and the background racket was absolutely deafening. I tried to greet them with a polite "hello," but they hung up straight away. What a right swindle!

Every time they reached out, they were relentless in requesting more personal details. The moment he tried to gather information from them, the caller became evasive and eventually hung up. It’s quite fishy, especially since I can’t seem to locate any contact details for them anywhere online or in the phonebook. A word of caution to everyone-stay alert!

Regardless, when I told them that I wouldn’t divulge any personal details over the phone, the chap abruptly mentioned that there were numerous others owed compensation and that they wouldn’t bother with us further. Quite frustrating, really!

One of them-can’t quite recall which-pointed out that these folk are in serious breach of the conduct rules by demanding payment upfront! They’re currently investigating this matter.

They tout themselves as the premier authority on consumer rights, but honestly, it feels like a complete scam! How frustrating!

If memory serves, one of those bodies pointed out that these folks have indeed violated the established code of conduct by requesting payment in advance. It's something we really need to keep an eye on.
