I received a voicemail indicating that action was going to be taken against me...and so forth.

I received a rather alarming voicemail just recently from someone identifying himself as William Tennyson, representing Priority Legal Hearing Services. He claimed to have a summons ready to deliver to either my residence or workplace within the next couple of days. I was told to be prepared with two forms of identification and to ensure that someone-either a supervisor or the head of security-would be available to witness the delivery if I happen to be unavailable. Quite frankly, it sounded a bit threatening, implying that not signing for the summons could lead to missing a court appearance. He also provided a number to call for any inquiries related to this matter: 844-873-0058, along with a prompt to press one after the beep for further instructions. Quite an unsettling message, to say the least!

Fraudulent bunch, I tell you. Don't be swayed by their nonsense. Complete losers attempting to swindle the unsuspecting! They ought to go out and find proper employment instead of this dodgy behaviour!

I’ve been bombarded by calls regarding some sort of summons purportedly issued against me, and it’s getting rather overwhelming. They’ve threatened to show up at my home or workplace, which is rather disconcerting. If there is indeed a summons, one would think they’d opt to deliver it in person rather than harangue me over the phone. Being a heart patient, the stress of it all isn’t something I need right now. I could really use some assistance sorting this out, if anyone’s able to lend a hand. Cheers!

Absolutely the same here. They rang my work number and left a voicemail, warning that not signing for the legal documents could lead to missing a court date and all sorts of complications.
