We keep getting calls from this lot, and honestly, they're utterly unprofessional. They persistently call from the same number, leaving messages that urge us to get in touch, representing some firm without even disclosing their name! It’s quite infuriating, as it seems everyone’s aware of who they are. It's all so frustrating, especially when companies resort to such tactics!

We received a voice message on both our landline and mobile from this number, which addressed us by our first name-something we find rather irritating. The message claimed it was quite urgent and mentioned that they had tried to get in touch before 8 in the evening, yet we only got the message shortly after that time. Upon calling the number back, it turned out to be DM Limited. In my opinion, if something is genuinely pressing, they ought to send a written correspondence instead of addressing us so casually. We aren’t particularly fond of being called by our first name, especially when the caller identified herself as DAVID!
