This is definitely a scam. The caller never leaves a message. They've been ringing me off and on for quite some time, often switching up their phone numbers.

Got a call earlier but when I tried ringing back, no one picked up. Not sure why they called me in the first place. Heard a voicemail from someone called Stephanie King though.

Every day at my job, I get around 8 to 10 calls from someone saying they’re coming to deliver a summons because of unpaid debt. They never tell me the company’s name or where they’re based. I asked them to send me a letter, but they just say the original firm sold the debt to them, nothing else though. The guy’s name sounds like Brian Connelly. I tried calling back and even left a voicemail saying I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission and the State Attorney General’s office. Instead of helping, they keep me waiting on hold for ages, like 5 minutes or more, while they keep bugging me and my coworkers daily. What’s the point of this nonsense number and whoever’s behind it?

How does a 'debt collector' have no company name or address? They cant even confirm any details when you ask. But oh yeah, they only accept payment via credit card? Sounds like some sort of dodgy 419 scam to me. Honestly, it’s mad how they expect you to drop your info yet won’t say who they even are or where they're calling from. Makes no sense at all!

Some firm got in touch, saying they were sending me a summons, but I soon realised it was just a con.

They’re ringing up loads of folks who share my surname and telling them I gave their number as a reference, then dropping a court case number on them. What’s worse, they’re even contacting these people’s workplaces! It’s all a bit dodgy if you ask me.
