I had an unfortunate run-in with a bus recently. I received a call from a firm that asserted they were representing the bus company. Curious, I gave them a ring back, but it cost me £5.92! After a rather lengthy chat, they told me to disregard the entire matter. Do you reckon it was a bit dodgy? I’m unsure, to be honest.

I’ve had quite the experience with this outfit supposedly specialising in repairing vehicles harmed by National Express coaches. To be honest, I’m rather sceptical about their legitimacy. I found it odd that their email address was linked to an accountancy firm - doesn’t exactly instill confidence, does it? They’ve promised that National Express would sort the repairs for me at no cost and without touching my insurance, but I’m not buying it. I’ve already gone ahead and fixed my car myself, and they assured me I’d be compensated. But when I finally got them to send an email, it was all about arranging a hire car - a month after I'd done the work myself! It had no connection to the receipts I was meant to send them for reimbursement. Honestly, I reckon this is nothing more than a scam!
