A bus knocked into me recently, then I got a call from a firm saying they were representing the bus company. When I rang them back, it set me back £5.92. After all that, they just told me to ignore the whole situation. I'm not sure if it was a scam or not.

This place says they fix cars damaged by National Express coaches, which is what happened to me. But honestly, I’m not sure if they’re legit. Their email seems to be linked to some accountancy firm, which is kinda odd. They told me National Express would fix my car without involving my insurance, but I’m sceptical. I’ve already paid to get my car fixed myself. They promised to pay me back, asked me to email them, but the reply was all about arranging a loan car - like a month after I sorted the repairs myself! They never even mentioned sending receipts for reimbursement. Feels like a total con!
