Got this message pop up on my screen saying Internet Security warning. It claimed my PC was infected with nasty viruses and told me not to turn off or restart my computer. Now I’m stuck, can’t seem to close or get rid of the alert at all.

Got a call from someone claiming they were from Microsoft saying I had a problem. When I didn’t pick up, they left a voicemail. The voice sounded foreign, possibly from India or somewhere nearby.

These folks say they’re with Microsoft, but I don’t trust them at all. They keep asking if I’ll give them access to my PC. Honestly, they come across as pretty sketchy to me.
