10 yearsLately, I’ve been getting calls almost every single day, sometimes even a couple times in one day. They leave bits of messages on my answerphone about some profit scheme, and mention that you can press 1 to chat with a ‘VIP host’ or that your ‘personal VIP package’ is ready. They also say if you press 8, you can stop getting these calls, but even after trying that a few times when I picked up, the calls keep coming non-stop. Out of frustration, I finally dialled the number back and got through to a man who sounded like he was from a casino - something like “Green something Casino,” but I couldn’t quite catch it all. I told him about how these daily calls have been harassing me and he apologised, promising to take me off their list, saying it might take up to 3 working days. We’ll see if he actually does it.10 yearsMy phone's been ringing at my flat past 11:30 pm two nights in a row now. They even left a voicemail in weird English asking me to press a number to go on.
