We've noticed some suspicious charges showing up on our BT bill too. BT is claiming that a device we use in our shop is making calls for updates, but that simply can’t be true since our card reader, till, and alarm system are all linked to the internet, not the phone line. It's utterly baffling! A huge number of folks are grumbling about this dodgy number, yet BT just brushes off our concerns. It’s quite frustrating, to say the least!

This number rings my mobile every Tuesday and Thursday at either 10:54 or around 3 in the afternoon. I'm getting hit with a charge of 14 pence each time they call. I've no clue who it could be, and I've had no luck with BT helping me out!
