I've been getting calls from this number here in Montreal for over a week now. Tonight alone, they rang me about six times since 6pm. When I returned the call, it went straight to voicemail. A young lady speaking with an American accent said something about a marketing research survey. The message was like, "Hi, if you noticed our number on your caller ID, we're trying to reach you for a marketing survey. We might try calling you again in the next few days. Thanks for your time." It sounds like they’re using some sort of robo-dialer, which I think isn’t allowed here in Canada. Plus, they don’t say who they are or give proper details about the call’s purpose, which I’m pretty sure is against the rules. Definitely feels dodgy to me.
