This number has been ringing me nonstop claiming I owe money on a payday loan from about five years back. They mentioned I tried to settle the debt after being robbed, but refused to accept any payments. Just today, someone claimed to be from the Harris County Processing Department, warning me I’d be served by Tuesday and instructed me to ring 866-288-6515 regarding case # 732554. I checked with a solicitor, who told me the statute of limitations had already expired on this matter.

Got a message today from someone called Charles Graham, claiming he’s a process server out of Guadeloupe County. Said he’s been given permission to serve me papers on Thursday and asked me to ring 8445728648. Bit suspicious if you ask me!

I had a call like this too, claiming I had taken out a loan from some payday cash place. When I asked them to send my signature proof, they just replied it was done electronically. After that, the same number kept ringing and threatened to come to my house and job with legal papers. I’m sure this is just a scam.

Got a call from some bloke named Charles Graham, number I didn’t recognise, supposedly from the Jackson County server office. He said he’d drop by either my home or workplace sometime between 4 and 6 in the evening, and he needs to see a valid ID. Bit suspicious if you ask me.

Someone rang me and asked for my date of birth to confirm my identity but I didn't want to share my details so I said no.

Got a call from someone saying her name was Melissa Caldwell, coming from a blocked number. She claimed to work with the State Processing Department and told me she’s been given permission to visit my home or job this Thursday between 2pm and 4pm. She said I have to have my ID ready. If I had any queries, I was told to ring 844-572-8648. Bit suspicious if you ask me.
