some annoying people called albany assistance keep blowing up my phone ever since i had a car crash. i dont have any connection with them and defo wouldnt suggest anyone to deal with them. i never asked for their help and my insurance never mentioned them either. checked reviews and they mostly look terrible. i ended up blocking their number cause they just wouldnt stop calling me, like literally every day for weeks! if you dont wanna chat with them, best thing is just block em too.

This woman from Pakistan kept saying the exact same things, but on top of that, I ended up with charges on my bill for those calls.

Got a call from a lady wanting me to verify my info. I asked who she was and she said Albion Insurance. She mentioned something about a crash back in October. I told her I’d never been in an accident and to send me a letter if she needed to, then just ended the call.

My phone rang on my cell and they asked for me by my full name, but I didnt catch who they were or which company they said they were from. They said my insurer had sent them to arrange a replacement car because of a recent crash I supposedly had. The thing is, ive not had any accident recently, and when I checked with my insurer they said there was nothing on file about any claim or any order given to anyone.
