This number keeps sending me robotic messages nonstop, really irritating and such a time drain. I wonder, if someone actually phones it, do they end up paying for the call? Is it one of those numbers where you get charged by the minute or something?

This morning, I got a ring from this number. The person said they were from Revenue Canada and accused me of tax evasion, threatening legal action. Then they tried to convince me to pay a small fee to avoid all that hassle! Sounds just like something Revenue Canada would do... not! Totally sketchy, if you ask me. *eyeroll*

Just checked my voicemail and there was this message telling me to get my lawyer to ring back that number or else there’d be big legal trouble. Are they honestly trying to fool me? Surely they could be doing something more useful instead of messin’ about with me.

Got another call from those idiots - their English was even worse this time, barely able to say "Revenue Canada." He told me if I didn’t ring them back, all he could do was wish me luck! Seriously, can’t someone put a stop to these clowns? I called them back and gave them a right earful, then they just hung up on me.

This number kept leaving me the same voicemail three times in a row, spoken in a really thick foreign accent. They never said who they were looking for, didn’t leave a name or even a file number, just some sort of threatening nonsense. The message basically warned us to get back to them or our lawyer, with a not-so-friendly “good luck” at the end. Proper dodgy.

I got a message saying I’ve got big trouble coming if me or my lawyer dont ring back, but it never said who it was or what the problem might be. It’s supposedly urgent or something. This is the third time today they’ve called from the same number, with the exact same recording every time. The guy sounded like they struggle with English too. I just bin’d all the messages!

I just had a ring from that number. We spotted on the telly that it might be a scam, so we told the person it was dodgy and asked them not to call again, then we ended the call.

Got a voicemail from some bloke going on about a legal issue and saying I need to get in touch to sort it out. Total con, trying to scare you into paying up for bogus "fees". They never know who they're calling, just sound like they’re reading off a script. Best advice: don’t ring them back and don’t get caught out!

Today I got three calls, all from people speaking with a thick Indian accent. The last one definitely sounded like it came from a call centre. When the lady asked if I had something to write on, I said I was on my computer. She then just ended the call out of nowhere. Maybe she got nervous I'd look up the number online and stumble upon this website. I've reported the whole thing to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.

Got a recorded message saying I had to ring back or face big trouble, or get my solicitor to do it. Didn’t mention who he was or what the problem actually was, just said it was really urgent. This is the third time today I’ve got that call, all from the same number, and it’s the identical message every time. The bloke speaking sounded like he struggled with English too.

Hey, I just got a call about 30 minutes ago where someone told me the cops were on their way to arrest me. I'm gonna report this straight to the police right now.

This number keeps ringing me, so I finally answered today. The bloke said he was John Cyrus, badge 925 625, supposedly from the CRA at 750 Heron, Ottawa, K1V 2E4. He told me I owe more than four grand because of some mistake with my tax returns dating back to 2009. He warned that if I don't pay up, it might end up in court and I could be hit with a bill over ninety thousand. I rang the CRA office at 750 Heron to check, and there’s no one called John Cyrus working there at all.
