What's worse, they imply that if I don’t respond, they might take further action without my agreement! It's quite unsettling. They rang my mobile twice, and to add to the drama, I returned home to find a voicemail from my cousin. Apparently, they've contacted him too, saying they want to deliver some legal papers to me. Absolutely appalling!
