They ring up as "Unknown" and say there's some complaint to discuss, threatening that if I don’t get back to them, they’ll do stuff without asking me first. Twice they've called my mobile. Then I get home and see a voicemail from my cousin saying they phoned him too, claiming they need to serve me legal papers or something. It’s just awful.
