My 16 year old got a call from Carol Newman, who left this number along with some sort of case number. She told my kid it was urgent I get in touch or things would escalate against me. She said a package would be dropped off at my place between 9 and 11 in the morning. Feels like a threat to me. Absolutely no one should be involving my children in my personal business! If they want to reach me, they should send a proper letter explaining the debt and payment choices, not call, and definitely not bother my kids!

They left a message with some case number and said it was really urgent to get back to them. Didn’t even mention what the complaint was about, just that if I don’t reply, they’ll do something else. Honestly, why would they bother me about some complaint from who knows who? Feels dodgy to me.

I saw this number showing up on my phone as belonging to Mr Thomas, also appeared on my husband's 15 year old phone. However, my husband never got any call from it. When I tried calling back, it just kept ringing and ended up going to voicemail.
