He told me my Windows PC was supposedly throwing off error messages. Since I don’t pay for anything like that, I was pretty wary. Asked him for his full name, the company’s official details, and a contact number so I could check he was legit. He said his name was “Jay Cooper” from PapaDirect and gave me a number, but it didn’t match the one that popped up on my iPhone screen.
