I was called to confirm an installation with the correct date and all. However, I haven't received any confirmation from them. I think it might be a scam?!?

This was a great opportunity for me. Bell confirmed my installation for the next day!

Those who claim that this is genuine are completely mistaken. I recently received a phone call asking to confirm a service, despite not having any scheduled. What's more frustrating is that Bell replaced the line connecting my house and the street just last month, so there shouldn't be any need for service. It seems that the scammers have resorted to employing people to promote their fake calls (using IP calls pretending to be from Bell). Perhaps it's time for me to prioritize privacy and take necessary measures.

Nous avons appelé à plusieurs reprises pour confirmer un service, une installation, etc. Mais je n'ai rien demandé...

Currently, I do not have a landline phone from Bell. My landline number has been transferred to a different provider. However, someone claiming to be a technician from Bell contacted me and mentioned that they have a job assigned for my landline. I informed them that I did not make any requests regarding my landline. They suggested that it may have been initiated by one of my neighbors. I am still waiting for more information to verify whether this is true or not.

Currently, I do not have a landline provided by Bell. My landline number has been transferred to another provider. However, I recently received a visit from someone claiming to be a technician from Bell. They informed me that they had a job assigned for my landline. I immediately clarified that I hadn't requested any services for my landline. They suggested that perhaps my neighbor had called for some work to be done. At the moment, I am still waiting for confirmation to determine if this is true or not.

In my opinion, this seems like a fraudulent scheme as I keep receiving unnecessary phone calls from them. Luckily, I have other important calls to attend to at the same time.

Please be aware that this is an automated courtesy call from Bell. We are contacting customers who have arranged for work to be done by Bell at their premises. This call is simply a reminder and has been generated automatically. It serves to inform customers about the expected date and time of the service appointment.

I received a call from Bell Canada, although I wasn't familiar with the number as my phone displayed it as coming from the USA instead of Canada. Due to this, I chose not to answer. However, I did listen to the voicemail left for me, which was simply a reminder about an upcoming appointment with a technician who will be coming tomorrow to set up my Satellite TV and improve my Internet connection. Hence, there's nothing to worry about as this is a reliable number. P.S. It's an automated service, but it's a genuine one.

I received two phone calls today, but when I answered there was no one on the line. Could this be a scam?

Colour ID indicates that this call is coming from the United States. I have been receiving calls from this number, around 2 to 3 times daily, for over two months now. It's incredibly frustrating. The automated message claims to be from Total Credit Service, but it feels like a deliberate method of torturing people. Is there any solution to block these types of calls?

I'm calling in regards to Bell. Yesterday they gave me a call to confirm some work that needs to be done at my house within the next few days. They provided me with a work order number and double-checked my address. I must say, that's great service! If you've made any changes to your Bell services, their customer service team will give you a call.
