I've been plagued by this number ringing me a minimum of three to five times every single day! Whenever I bother to pick up (and they do deign to respond), it's always a different agent on the line! We go through the issues and supposedly come to a resolution, yet lo and behold, the very next day, I'm bombarded again about the exact same topic I addressed with a previous representative! It’s as if they haven’t got a clue what’s happening from one conversation to the next. There's clearly a lack of communication among their staff, which is quite frankly, shocking. This level of unprofessionalism has prompted me to warn everyone I know to steer clear of this company. Additionally, I'm resolved to sever all ties with them going forward, all thanks to the relentless hassle of their calls. I certainly don’t require constant reminders about an overdue bill!

Hello there! Just to let you know, this number has a rather pesky habit of ringing as early as 7 o'clock in the morning, even on Saturdays. Quite annoyingly, they never bother to leave a message or mention who they are during any of these incessant calls.
