This number rings me around 3-5 times daily! Whenever I pick up (and they actually answer), it's always a new person on the line. You go through the issue and think it's sorted, but then the very next day they’re calling again about the same thing I JUST spoke about with someone else the day before! They clearly don’t communicate with each other at all. Totally unprofessional. Because of this annoying behaviour, I’m telling everyone I know to stay clear of their company. I’m also planning to cut off any future dealings with them thanks to all the constant pestering. There's no need for endless reminders about a bill that’s already known.
