Every now and then I get a ring from this number but it doesn’t seem to be tied to any legit company. Could be one of those dodgy Chinese embassy scams perhaps.

I answered and said hello a few times but got nothing back, then suddenly it just hung up. Proper weird.

This number kept ringing me nonstop but never left a single voicemail. Luckily, someone took the time to dig deeper and discovered it’s linked to a debt collection company. I recently got a new phone number that actually used to belong to someone else, and whenever I manage to answer quickly, I explain I’m not the one they want. Still, the calls keep coming, sometimes from various other numbers. It’s really frustrating now, so I’m thinking it’s about time I complained to the Provincial Consumer Affairs office.
