Had the same issue, got hit with a £10 fee for a message that took less than a minute. Total rip-off!

I noticed this number on my phone statement and saw three calls made at 22:38 and 22:39 on 15/11/19, each racking up a £10 charge, totalling £30. When I contacted my phone provider, they were puzzled but thought it might be linked to a donation to BBC Children In Need. I did give £10 as a donation, though I can't recall the exact date of the broadcast. Just be cautious and check your mobile bills thoroughly - there have been cases where scammers exploit genuine numbers.
