Got a call from someone claiming to be with Accident, Injury and Loss. They kept insisting I'd been in a car crash recently, which I definitely hadn’t. Then they asked if anyone in my family had been in an accident sometime in the past few years. The caller knew my name and wouldn’t take no for an answer.
