I constantly get calls from this particular number on multiple occasions, and because there is no sound when I answer, I assume it to be spam or telemarketing. What can I do to stop these calls from coming in?

There's no need to continue making phone calls repeatedly. The issue arose when certain channels on Comcast/XFinity showed distorted images. The individual simply contacted Comcast to inquire if others had reported the same problem. They also requested that a technician from Comcast investigate the matter. If the person in question is not a Comcast technician themselves, there is no reason to continue making calls. Thank you, Comcast. Let's see if the calls stop now.

Certainly, I consented to participate in a survey. My intention was to express my grievances. However, it appears this survey is not designed for that purpose. In my opinion, Comcast's service is extremely unsatisfactory!

This is simply a survey. When you contact Comcast's technical support, you have the option to decline participating in the survey. Personally, I appreciate a company that offers surveys as it allows me to express my opinions. You never know, it could be the "undercover boss" conducting that survey! ;)

We received a call at 11:27 pm, which we chose not to answer. I decided to search online, and it seems that many people have reported receiving similar calls for an automated survey. It appears that when you call their tech support, if you decline the survey, you are redirected to a customer representative, but due to their busy lines, there is a chance of disconnection. On the other hand, if you opt for the survey, you may be connected with Peggy in India. My opinion of Comcast is not particularly positive.

Hello, this message is from Comcast. I'm sorry for any confusion caused by the service being labeled as Philadelphia. It would have been helpful if we had clearly marked it as Comcast. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. In fact, I even took the step of blocking them on their own network. It's frustrating when things like this happen because it seems like Comcast can't get anything right. Once again, I apologize and understand your frustration.

Luckily, I was contacted on my mobile phone. They called me four times, at least twice while I was already on a call with a Comcast technical specialist. Prior to that, I had attempted to chat with someone from Comcast but unfortunately, they proved to be rather unpleasant and unhelpful. After ending the chat abruptly, I was asked to provide feedback and needless to say, I gave them the lowest possible ratings across the board. The reason I consider myself fortunate for receiving the call on my cell phone is because I have now successfully blocked that particular number. Unlike my home VOIP phone, which has restrictions on the number of blocks allowed, my cell phone does not impose such limitations.
