I've seen on social media this discussion about a scam involving a number that sounds Somali, and this one looks like it might be the same sort of dodgy call. I'd say it's probably a scam as well.

Whenever I get a call from a number I don’t recognise, I usually just let it ring out. I’m not really into picking up from odd numbers these days.

I keep getting hounded by these annoying callers! It's beyond me why the authorities like the government or the FCA aren’t stepping in to do anything about it. Harassment is supposed to be against the law, isn't it?

Received a call from the number "234 567 890" which only rang twice. It didn’t have a full number or a leading digit. We decided not to pick up, but I'm curious-who could it have been?
