Got a missed call around 3 in the morning from Africa, somewhere in Cote d'Ivoire. It's definitely a scam. Didn't even think about calling back. Instead, I rang my phone provider first thing in the morning and told them about it. Did this just in case any charges from that number show up on my bill - so I’m not responsible for any weird fees. Not trying to be patronising but it's worth a quick call to your network so they can flag it. I also blocked the number straight away. Seriously, don’t ring it back or you could end up with ridiculous charges.

Had a call from +225 69 89 81 04‬ at like 1:37 in the morning, didn’t even hear it ring. Called back and guess what, some bloke claiming to be a Nigerian prince with a too good to be true offer. Dunno how he even got hold of my digits but he said if I just share my bank info, he’d put a bunch of cash in my account for a bit. Then after a month, he withdraws it and supposedly leaves me a cut. Seemed like a proper decent guy though.
