Got a call from a private number warning about some credit card fraud. Banks don't ring you up like that, especially not from a hidden number, telling you to call 1300901479. Honestly, banks don't reach out first because they can’t just know there’s been any fraud unless you tell them. Best thing is just to hang up and get in touch with the police instead.

Got a call from this number which said it was 28 Degrees fraud team, asked me to press any key to continue but i just ended the call. Later, I rang 28 Degrees on their regular line - 1300 552 079 - to check and they confirmed the call was genuine. I had actually reported my credit card stolen earlier that day.
