11 yearsI’ve received a couple of calls from them, each time leaving a voicemail with some kind of reference number. They spoke so quickly that I had to replay the message about eight times just to catch what they said. They want me to ring them back and give this eight-digit reference number, but I have no clue what it’s about. When I called the number, there was a recorded message telling me I was contacting them outside their ‘collection department’ business hours and to call again later. I don’t know who they actually are or what company they represent, and I certainly don’t owe anything as far as I’m aware. It bugs me that they’re telling me to get in touch without so much as saying what the call is regarding.
