11 yearsI’ve received two calls from this number, each time with an answerphone message that included a reference number. Honestly, I had to listen to the message no less than eight times to make out what was being said because they rattled through it at a dizzying pace. They’re asking me to return their call using that same number and to mention the eight-digit reference. The trouble is, I haven’t a clue what this is regarding. So, I tried ringing them back, only to be met with a recorded message saying I’d reached them outside their "collections department” working hours and to try again later. I have no idea who they are representing, nor do I have any overdue accounts that I’m aware of. It’s quite irksome that they haven’t provided any context for their request, considering I was instructed to call them back.
