I got a message from this number stating they were gathering funds for Optus. However, when I reached out to Optus customer service, they had no idea what I was on about! I reckon it’s worth notifying the federal police about this dodgy behaviour.

FRAUD ALERT - During the call, the individual on the other end refused to reveal their identity and insisted that I had supposedly received multiple emails from their "client" requesting funds. Every time I inquired about who this client might be, they kept insisting that I was already aware since the emails were meant for me. The truth is, I haven't seen a single one! It felt as though the call was coming straight out of someone's garden shed. To top it all off, they persistently addressed me by the wrong name throughout our conversation. What a farce!

I just received a call from some automated voice claiming to represent the “Commercial Credit Centre.” They even had the cheek to provide a reference number for me to ring back on a 1300 line. It reeked of spam!
