To my utter dismay, I noticed that this month’s bill was through the roof. As I don't receive actual paper statements, I reached out to my service provider for clarification on the charges. To my astonishment, I found out I'd incurred a whopping £86.00 for just three calls to that number. Last month, I was billed £33.00, and the month prior, it was £42.00. We switched to Sky about four months ago, and I've never had such issues before. When I contacted them today to request a block on the number, they informed me it was not an option, yet I thought it was a legal requirement for providers to offer such a service. I'm feeling quite dubious after reading your account. I genuinely can't recall making those calls! It would be quite enlightening to hear from anyone else who might have faced a similar situation.
