If I hang around to figure out what they want, the cost can jump to between £5 and £7. Honestly, steer clear of answering calls from these 0906 or 0903 numbers - it’s just a rip-off.

My mum’s phone bill showed this number about 15 times, all slightly different but always beginning with the same five digits. Each call cost £2.15. After looking it up, they’re competition lines from TV programmes like TV Am and that morning show with Phil and Holly (not sure of the exact name). Mum’s quite elderly and doesn’t recall ringing any of them. It’s quite dodgy of ITV to charge that much just to enter a competition. Watch out for this!
