Just saw this on my BT bill - it’s the second call under half a minute on the same day. The number matches one ITV uses for their morning prize draws, but nobody in my home takes part in those. Still, I’ve been charged for picking up. How do I go about getting this money back? Is this some kind of new scam where companies can make you pay just for answering?
