We recently noticed this number pop up on our NowTV bill, and it’s left us scratching our heads. My wife, who's currently job hunting, phoned HMRC regarding her universal credit, but I'm certain the number she dialed was either an 0345 or an 0800. It's rather peculiar that this unfamiliar number showed up precisely on the day she made that call. It definitely wasn’t a number we’d have chosen to ring - it’s infuriating!
