i rang that number after a dpd driver didnt leave a delivery note, and ended up getting charged £1371! dont ever answer or ring back that number. thankfully my bank sorted the payment out and o2 are investigating what happened.

That day I was waiting for a delivery from ebay. Somehow the scammers worked out this and called me up, asking for an extra £3 to resend my parcel. I didn't fall for it since I'd already covered the postage. I ended up ringing dpd myself and they confirmed it was just a scam.

I tried ringing about a DPD parcel that supposedly got delivered 3 times but I still haven’t received it. The call lasted just 3 minutes and it’s probably going to cost me nearly £10! Honestly, don’t bother calling this number - it’s £3.60 a minute, which is just ridiculous.

My brother tried ringing 090 64 20500, thinkin it was DPD Ireland, but no one picked up. Later, we noticed on the phone bill a 7 minute call to 09037271244 that cost us £26! We never dialled that number and I couldn’t find any info about it on any company site. I know 09 numbers are premium, but we definitely didn’t make that call!
