Got a charge of £90 on my bill from this number and I honestly can’t remember calling any premium rate line. After reading the comments about Vodafone, I realised my son’s on their plan, so maybe he made the call. It’s shocking that Vodafone is using this number for their customers like that.

Honestly, it’s really poor what’s going on, Vodafone should seriously do something about this. It’s embarrassing how they just let these issues slide. Come on Vodafone, help your customers out!

My phone got nicked and I had to borrow a mate’s to ring up and cancel my stolen earbuds. The call lasted like half an hour and then I got hit with a £138 bill! Vodafone are awful for letting customers call a premium rate number just to sort this out. They keep saying it’s all above board legally, but honestly, it’s rubbish that they let you use such a costly number for something like this!
