I can't believe what happened when my phone got lifted! I ended up with a whopping £138 bill after using a friend's phone to ring up and deactivate my stolen headset - the call lasted half an hour! Honestly, Vodafone has really missed the mark here. It's outrageous that they're letting folks call such a pricey number for something as vital as reporting a stolen device.
