I've noticed my account has been hit with an £8 charge and another £6 related to this number, along with a baffling £14 for a short dial code I’ve never even used! When I contacted "3," they claimed there was nothing they could do. So, I reached out to the company in question, and they requested my bank details to process a refund. "3" provided me with an 0800 number, but I can't shake the feeling that I've been scammed. I'm really at a loss here, and I’m quite furious about the whole situation! What should I do?

I received a bill from BT amounting to £9.19 for a call lasting 13.55 minutes to this number on the 9th of December. I’m quite certain I did not make that call at all.

Last month, I received my EE bill and was quite taken aback to find that I had been charged £6.73 for a call lasting a mere blink-0.01 seconds-no less! I haven't the faintest idea who that number, 09015450905, belongs to, or why on earth I would have dialled it for such a fleeting moment. When I rang EE to sort the matter, they were rather unhelpful, insisting there was nothing they could do. A quick search revealed that the number is linked to a gym in Ireland, which is just baffling since I'm situated all the way down in Somerset!

I’m not quite sure to whom this number belongs, but it ended up costing me £6. Absolute cheek!

A charge of £6.73 appeared on my bill from this number for a mere 2 seconds of a call! I certainly did not initiate this call, and unfortunately, my service provider hasn't been able to assist in clearing up this mystery.
