I’ve just discovered a charge of £8.59 for a 4-minute call on my Virgin bill, which I definitely didn’t make. What’s going on with that?

I’ve noticed that I’ve been billed an outrageous £36 for supposedly making five calls to this number, 449015450900, when in reality I haven’t made any such calls!

I can't seem to remember ringing this number at all, yet I've been hit with a charge of £6.41. How baffling!

It appears that the 'phone-paid service authority's Service checker has identified this number as belonging to DPD. Upon looking into '09015450900', I found a single entry: 09014540900, which is indeed associated with DPD. The impression I’m getting is that they might either be engaging in dubious practices or perhaps their data has been compromised. To top it off, O2 isn't willing to reimburse the entire amount charged for the call. Quite frustrating, isn’t it?

I've received a charge of £6.29 on my mobile bill for a call I didn't even make to this number. How on earth is that permitted? It's absolutely baffling!

I'm struggling to recall making any calls to this particular number, yet my phone records and billing clearly show four separate calls. Two of them were incredibly brief, lasting a mere five seconds each, and they ended up costing me £6.60 apiece. The other two calls were a bit lengthier, clocking in at just over a minute and a half, and they charged me £7.20 each. Curiously, all four calls were made within the span of just four minutes!
