Evri just charged me £7 for a customer service call - I’m honestly shocked. That call ended up costing way more than the actual delivery itself! What a complete rip-off, can't believe they got me like that.

This number is linked to Evri parcels, which used to be Hermes before. It’s their automated customer service line, but don’t bother ringing or texting as it asks you to, because it’s a waste. I got charged £6.51 for a call lasting 197 seconds where no one even picked up, and another £6.13 for a 147 second call. On top of that, I was billed four times £2.82 for texts! Proper rip off, they’re just as bad as their delivery isn’t good either. Avoid if you can.
