Tried looking up Baxter Ford Associates and all I found was their own site, nothing else (and yep, I also got just one result). Funny thing is, their website's only about a month and a half old but they claim 30 years in business. When she called from New York, asked for the time, and she was way off about what time it was there. Definitely feels dodgy to me. I reckon they’ll soon ask you to open some sort of joint indemnity account and transfer a chunk of cash into it. Total scam.

Got a random call from a woman claiming to be Victoria Dee (someone else here mentioned a Victoria Dy, so maybe one of us got her name wrong) from Baxter Ford in New York. She said she wanted to buy my private company shares at a way too high price. She asked for my work email to send a Non Disclosure Agreement, which turned up twice as a PDF attached to emails supposedly from Ms Rachel Williams in the Admin team. After seeing what others have said here, I’m not gonna open those files and have reported it to the FCA as I think it’s a scam.

I got a call again today, this time supposedly from the USA, with some person wanting to buy shares off me! It’s the second time this happened today!

Had a call from some bloke named Gordon Lee claiming to be from Baxter-Ford Associates LLC, saying he wanted to buy some shares I own. Later on, I got an email with a link to their website, but the site wasn’t secure at all. Honestly, seems like a total scam to me.

I got a call from Levenson Corporate. It was funny cos I used to own some shares in a firm that's now gone bust (didn’t have enough to actually sell them before). I just told them to proceed and that I’d handle all the legal stuff with my broker LOL. Don't think they'll be ringing me back anytime soon!

Got a call from someone called Victoria Dy, she was asking me about shares I supposedly own, which I definitely don’t. She said she works for Baxter Ford and Associates LLC, something to do with Ford dealerships in the US. I’ve stopped answering their calls now.

Got a call from some Asian guy interested in buying shares in my business. He claimed he’s got a contact in the States ready to offer a lot of money. Bit suspicious though, he already knew my name and what company I own. Feels a bit off to me.

Got a call earlier about Whitbread shares, I told the bloke I was busy but he just kept going. I hung up on him, then he rang back and kept buzzing for ages. Didn’t fancy answering, sounded like a foreign guy.

I got a call from this number today, and some guy with an Asian accent kept asking for me by name. When I tried to find out who he was, he dodged the question and just kept insisting he wanted to talk to me. He mumbled something about pensions and shares. What’s odd is this happened just a couple of hours after I had a proper call with Hargreaves Lansdowne. Bit strange if you ask me.

I got two calls one right after the other from someone wanting to talk about my pension and shares. When I asked if they could send me a questionnaire in writing instead, they didn’t seem happy about it. Ended up just hanging up on them because it got a bit annoying.

Got a call from someone trying to sell shares in a way that didn’t feel right, then he started saying I "had" to hear him out. I don’t have to listen to anyone like that, so I just ended the call. Definitely seemed a bit dodgy to me.

The caller mentioned my name and introduced himself. However, his accent was quite thick, making it hard for me to catch his name, so I requested him to spell it out. Just then, he abruptly ended the call. Clearly, just another annoying spammer.
