Never dialled this number before, no clue who it is. Checked with my mobile provider and apparently I got charged £52 for two calls from it. Proper dodgy if you ask me.

I tried ordering a jumper over the phone and ended up paying £8.50 just for that! What a rip off, honestly shameful!

I just got off with Freemans customer support. Was only a quick call, about 12 minutes, but it ended up costing me three quid.

I just got charged a huge amount after using Text Relay (that minicom keyboard thing for Deaf folks) to call this number. It’s ridiculous because typing the messages takes way more time than a normal phone call, so the cost ends up being way more since it’s longer. There were loads of prompts to go through, no straight connection at all. I called 4 times and got hit with over £22 in fees - honestly, ordering online would have been way cheaper than these calls. This phone service is really awful, especially for Deaf people who rely on it. Totally unfair and frustrating!
