The whole process takes what feels like an eternity compared to those who can hear, as it requires a three-way conversation. I’ve made four calls, and the fees have climbed to over £22! Honestly, it feels rather unjust that there are myriad options available, yet no straightforward way to make a call directly. Had I opted for online ordering, it would have saved me a small fortune! This service for the Deaf community is utterly disappointing and leaves much to be desired.
