Could anyone shed some light on who this might be?

We’ve been receiving calls from this number incessantly, and to make matters worse, my recent phone bill reveals that they’re billing me for these nuisance rings! Each time we pick up, we hang up immediately upon hearing the automated message, yet somehow I'm being charged for the ridiculous lengths of time they claim to ring. The first ring lasted an aggravating 11 minutes and 52 seconds, incurring a fee of £1.10. Then there's the second, which clocked in at 11 minutes and 43 seconds, also costing me £1.10! The third one rang for 2 minutes and 11 seconds, coming in at an infuriating 34 pence! I'm absolutely livid about this!

We've encountered a similar situation ourselves. We didn’t make any calls to this number, yet BT has surprisingly billed us twice for what should strictly be incoming calls. Quite baffling, really!
