I recently tried to get in touch with customer services for Yours/Jacamo, and it turned into a right farce! I was left hanging on the line for ages just to sort out a delivery. It feels like they’ve turned their help line into a way to pocket a few extra quid instead of actually assisting customers. Quite unfortunate, really!

It's setting my husband back almost £5 each month.

I recently called either J D Williams or Jacamo to resolve an issue with a returned item that only cost £6.12. Can you believe it took me 9 minutes on the phone? Absolutely ridiculous!

I just noticed a charge of £6.12 for a call that lasted 9 minutes. Quite steep, if you ask me!

I didn't receive any calls, yet I've been hit with a nine-pound charge simply for the dubious privilege of someone attempting to ring me. Absolutely ridiculous!

I've spotted this number appearing on my Sky bill four times, charging me a total of £4.84. It's crucial that I get this number blocked, as I've never made a call to it, and it showed up on my bill dated 1st June 2016.

What a fraudulent operation this is! When I have a spare moment, I plan to show them just how much they’ve underestimated me. There’s a little project in the pipeline that’ll hit their pockets far harder than the pittance they swindled from me. They truly have no idea what’s coming their way!
