Absolutely appalled! The House of Bath has reached out once again - clearly employing some desperate tactics to make a quick buck before they hit rock bottom. It's no surprise they're treating customers in such a shabby manner! On principle alone, I shall be steering clear of your dubious associates, Ambrose Wilson!

I can't believe it, but my elderly mum just fell victim to a premium rate number, thinking she was simply ordering something. It's quite bizarre that a business would charge people for the mere act of calling to buy a product! They ought to clearly inform callers right at the beginning of the conversation. Definitely steer clear of this one!

I spent a fiver on a call, only to find it linked to the House of Bath catalogue, yet everything was unavailable! Feels like a bit of a con if you ask me!

I found myself saddled with an £11 bill from this particular phone line, all in an attempt to raise an issue regarding a £5 free delivery fee that was mysteriously missing!

My mum rang this number and ended up being billed £8.55 for a call that lasted 37 minutes, with the majority of that time spent listening to hold music!

Absolutely, I’ve noticed there’s a £2.21 fee on my Sky Talk statement which had me scratching my head. A quick search led me to this site, and lo and behold, it turns out my mum placed an order with House of Bath. What a con! We’re definitely reconsidering future purchases or possibly opting to buy directly online instead. It’s rather underhanded of House of Bath, if you ask me.

Bath House. Quite an expensive ring, that one.

The House of Bath site has been playing up lately, and I found myself having to ring up twice due to one of my items going AWOL. The total on my bill was just shy of a fiver, which I must say was quite shocking! I've certainly taken note and won't be making that mistake again!

I rang the House of Bath since their website was on the blink and ended up shelling out £2.50 for the experience. Honestly, the prices are a bit steep for what I got. They've definitely lost a customer in me!

I rang up House of Bath because my elderly mum had placed an order and sent a cheque. They managed to send only a portion of what she ordered, yet they cashed the cheque in full. During my phone call, I asked them to refund the items they weren’t able to deliver, which cost me £1.70.

The secretive fees seem quite dodgy, almost like a clever scheme to line their pockets.

I was charged £3.99 for this service and it feels like a total con.

An 8-minute conversation set me back £2.22.

I noticed their advertisement claims it's only 13 pence per minute, but I ended up being charged almost £4 for a call lasting just five minutes. Quite the discrepancy, isn't it?

My elderly mother dialled this number using our joint mobile account, and it ended up costing £3.92 for a mere 6 minutes.

Received a couple of calls that really burnt a hole in my pocket—came to more than a fiver in total!

It’s important to note that you can't be billed for incoming calls—only for those you make yourself. This particular number is linked to Bathij D. Williams' residence. Also, bear in mind that suppliers aren’t allowed to levy charges for returning defective items. If that’s the motive behind the call, kindly direct them to waive any associated fees.

I've just had a run-in with the number 087198420001 and they charged me £2.21. Seems a bit dodgy to me! Has anyone got any clue about who might be behind this number, or is it just another scam doing the rounds?

I dialled up House of Bath using this number after their promised discount from the catalogue failed to apply online. To my dismay, the phone call set me back over £8! It turned out to be significantly more than the actual discount. Quite sneaky, if you ask me. I'm definitely going to shoot them an email to lodge a formal complaint.

In my experience, trying to get in touch with this number negates any money you might have saved while shopping at House of Bath. This is especially true if you need to inquire about something or send items back!

Caution – this is a high-rate number.

I've received a total of four calls from this number on the 26th of February, the 7th of March, the 11th of March, and the 12th of March. The charges have been rather curious: £1.45, £0.43, £130.24, and £0.87. I recently entered some competitions on Channel 4, and I've had messages indicating I've won something. However, I've chosen not to pursue those, so perhaps that’s where these calls are stemming from. Unfortunately, my petite Samsung doesn’t allow me to block unwanted numbers, so I’ll need to be extra cautious moving forward and ensure I delete these calls without answering. Thanks a million for providing this platform!

This is a premium rate line! Exercise caution and think twice before picking up! I ended up forking out £1.62 just to sort out a return.

Be cautious with this number—it’s a premium rate line! I foolishly picked up and ended up shelling out over £50 for a call that barely lasted six minutes. Definitely steer clear of it!

I’m curious as to why there’s a fee associated with this number that's classified as ‘multimedia’. Can anyone shed some light on this?
