This was a premium number - my mum wasn’t aware and ended up getting charged just for ordering something. It’s strange that a business would make you pay for calling them to buy stuff! They really ought to warn people right at the beginning of the call. Wouldn’t recommend using this.

Just like a lot of people, House of Bath have scammed me out of £3.67 by making me call a premium number to fix a mess they caused! From now on, I’m never dealing with any business that uses premium rate numbers for their customer service. They’re just a load of crooks.

I rung House of Bath to get an item that wasn’t available for online purchase, I was proper keen on it even though I hardly ever call to buy stuff. Those cheeky lot ended up charging me over £5 for the call. I won’t be buying from them or any of their affiliates again.

Was on the phone for just over 6 minutes trying to arrange the order but after all that, they said the item was out of stock. Honestly, why do these call centres only have premium rate numbers? It’s so darn frustrating!

I rang this number a couple of times for my elderly mum because she wanted to buy from House of Bath but couldn’t get their website to work. Ended up calling instead and it’s cost me nearly £7 on my mobile. Honestly, I won’t be doing that again. How is it fair to charge this much when most of their customers are older people? Had a look at my missus’ phone bill since she wasn’t meant to have any extra charges. Turns out there were two calls to this number, just a few minutes apart, but both showing no call time at all. The first cost 43p, then the next one was a whopping £3.45! Safe to say, we’re not calling this number again, and House of Bath won’t be getting any more of our money!

you cant be billed for calls that come through to you, only for the ones u make. this number is registered to house of bathij d williams. if this call is about sending back faulty stuff, suppliers arnt allowed to charge you for that, so tell them to take off the fee.

This number has called me four times on 26th Feb, 7th Mar, 11th Mar, and 12th Mar, racking up charges of £1.45, £0.43, £130.24, and £0.88 respectively. Recently, I’ve entered a few prize competitions on Channel 4, and I got texts saying I’d won something, but I never chased them up, so maybe that’s why they’re calling. My little Samsung phone doesn’t let me block numbers, so I’ll just have to be more careful and ditch the call before picking up next time. Cheers for providing this info though!
