I just got a missed call from this number and looked it up here after seeing some stories. Cheers to everyone sharing their experiences. Yesterday, I filled out an online loan form and since then have been bombarded with calls, texts, and emails - it’s been ridiculous! I made sure to untick any boxes about third-party sharing or marketing, yet they still seem to have my details. Using an iPhone, I’ve blocked this specific number but I’ll start noting down any others that come through too. Really handy website this is.

Received a call from some company called Match trying to offer me a big loan. About an hour later, they called again so I told them no and asked to be taken off their calling list. I’ve also reached out to my bank just to be safe since they had my full name, date of birth, and banking details. If anyone else gets a call from them and they seem to know this much personal info, you should report it to your bank immediately.

Got a call from some place saying they were match asian, chatting about a loan. They spoke really clear English and somehow already had my full name, where I live, my birthday, and even who I use for banking. I ended up ringing my bank myself just to be safe. If anyone else gets one of these calls and they seem to know too much, best to tell your bank immediately.

Got a call from some lot claiming to offer me a big loan, called themselves match or something. Told them I wasn’t interested and insisted they take me off their list. I also got in touch with my bank just to be safe since they already had my name, DOB and even bank details. If anyone else gets a call like that and they know that info, definitely inform your bank right away.

Ughhh, this number has been bugging me nonstop for like two weeks now, ringing at least 5 times daily from dawn till dusk. The last couple digits keep changing too - it was 17, then 18, and now 19. Seriously, why won’t they just leave me alone?! Enough already, stop bothering me and whoever else you keep calling every single day!

This number keeps ringing me up asking for someone who doesn’t live at my address. Every time I explain that they’ve got the wrong place, they just hang up quite rudely. I even spoke to an Indian gentleman and a woman, soundin’ British, trying to get them to take my number off their list, but it’s all the same. They just don’t seem to get it! It’s so infuriating. My elderly mum, she’s 82, has told them herself to stop phoning, yet they keep doing it. Five calls in one day is just ridiculous. Honestly, would they please just quit calling already?! Got a phone call from this number asking to speak to someone. I said they’d passed away. The caller asked when it happened, so I told them it was last night and that it was a suicide after getting nonstop annoying calls. They said they didn’t believe me, so I just told them again the person is dead and then ended the call.

Just got a call from these lot a bit earlier. I kept my account number and sort code to myself but gave them my card expiry date. Strange thing is, they already seemed to know my name, address and which bank I use. Now I’m kinda anxious if they could somehow manage to take money with just those details.

I keep getting nonstop calls, texts and voicemails about a £1000 loan I never asked for! Thankfully, my old Nokia Lumia has a built-in call and text blocking feature in the settings menu, so I blocked the number straight away. Still, I’m bombarded with loads of annoying notification ‘beeps’ telling me they tried to reach me but got blocked. It’s such a scam and a proper nuisance... Seriously, avoid these people or they’ll try to take as much as they can from you! I’m just glad I didn’t fall for it or answer any calls. Always make sure to Google unknown numbers, especially ones offering loans or similar stuff!

Got a call from someone claiming they could assist me. Luckily, I was right by my laptop and even gave them my account details. But when they then asked for my card number, I realised it was a scam. I told the caller I couldn’t find any info about them online, and they just hung up. BE WARNED, DON’T SHARE YOUR DEBIT CARD INFO - IT’S A SCAM FROM INDIA.

Honestly, I feel so daft for falling for this. I handed over £500 without even thinking twice, and now it's gone for good. Lesson learnt the tough way - never pick up calls like that, and if you do, just say you’re not interested. It’s crazy how some people can be so cruel, I can’t even find the words to describe how scummy they are! Won’t be making that mistake ever again!
