Completely by chance, my credit card got declined while I was out and about in London. Moments later, I received a rather urgent message prompting me to ring the number 0871 9119048. Naturally, I thought it was related to my card security, so I went ahead and called, only to find myself on hold at a cost of 50 pence a minute! What a silly mistake! I received a call from this number earlier today at precisely 4:01 PM. My signal had dropped out for a bit, so when I laid eyes on the message labelled as URGENT!, it set my heart racing. I attempted to ring them back thrice, but each time I was left hanging for a solid five minutes. Seems all their 'agents' were tied up, what a right faff!
