Caught another call that seemed like a BT scam, lucky I looked it up first. Seriously, why aren’t BT sorting out these dodgy numbers?

I rang BT to complain, but only afterwards did I spot that they charged me £17.48 for a call that lasted 40 minutes, mostly spent waiting on hold. They never once told me that I’d be charged for the call while I was speaking to them.

I actually dialled this number to report an issue with my internet as I thought it was free according to their website.
