I’ve just had a gander at my phone bill, and I’m quite baffled, to say the least. There’s a call listed to a number I've never dialled, dated 6th March 2024, which allegedly lasted a whopping 25 minutes. They've hit me with a charge of £9.83 for it! Is there a chance that some rogue individuals could have managed to infiltrate BT's systems and tacked this charge onto my account without my knowledge?

I recently noticed a charge of £4 on my bill for a call to this number. Honestly, I haven’t a clue who I spoke to, and I can’t remember ever dialling this premium rate line at all. Quite baffling, if you ask me!
