I just noticed this number belongs to First Choice Holidays, the line I called to get some help for my disabled grandson. The call lasted about 11 minutes and cost me £6.91, most of which I spent waiting on hold. There was no mention beforehand about the expensive charges. I’m definitely going to get in touch with First Choice about this. One very annoyed grandma here!

No idea who these folks are but got hit with nearly two quid for 3 so-called "service" calls - all showed up on my Sky bill. Not impressed at all.
